Tonight, I ended my 5 day water fast and this whisky has never tasted so good. . I decided to do a water fast (initially I was going to do 7 days) to clear up some skin issues and lots of allergies that have plagued me for years. Since these are autoimmune, I was hoping for an inner body reset but unfortunately the skin is stubborn and 5 days of consuming nothing but water wasn’t enough to clear it. I did however, lose some inches and my legs are definitely thinner (yay). I’ve had loads of energy the entire time but the intense hunger was something I experienced from beginning to end. I may try this again, for 7 days in a month or two and will be more prepared with salt pills to keep my electrolytes.
